A little bit about myself:
Born and raised in East Hampton, Long Island, I received my undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. While attending Ithaca, I played for the Ithaca Bombers baseball team and club rugby. I am always looking for ways to improve in the fields of health and fitness, especially when it comes to finding alternatives that fit different lifestyles and access to resources.
