About Yasmin Adb Elhady

Yasmin graduated from New York University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, earned a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Seton Hall University in 2014. She has been practicing in New Jersey, specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries, and post-operative care, as well as working with multiple diagnoses. In her free time, Yasmin functionally trains and loves to work out. She also enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. Yasmin is an owner of a health and wellness business focused on educating people about healthy living inside and out. She follows a plant-based lifestyle and stays updated on current research related to nutrition and health. Yasmin likes to read for personal development and empowerment of others, as well as participate in social activism events. She also enjoys spending time with her three siblings, her mom, and her two pups-Perseus and Rio.
