“I have been to PTs over the years and it always felt like I was given the same prescriptive treatment without much regard to my needs. After an initial session, the doctors were less involved and offered peripheral chaperoning or left it to their assistants. This was discouraging so I would stop my sessions, opting to do the exercises at home. Recently my back and knee were acting up again so I gave PT another try. Dr. Cho took the time to understand my past injuries and my current situation. All the exercises were tailored to particular areas of pain. I received undivided attention during my sessions, with Dr. Cho making sure I was not only doing the motions correctly but also engaging the right muscles to get the most out of each exercise. She tracked my improvement over the weeks and each session was adjusted to better progress my recovery. I have not felt pain or discomfort since starting my treatment and it is because of Dr. Cho’s commitment to my health and restorative process.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have a knee condition, so I made an appointment. The office was clean, and Dr. Cho was very welcoming. I was amazed by how thorough and sweet she was. She explained the muscles that I need to strengthen to lessen my pain and diagnosed why I have the pain. She was amazing and informative! It made my almost 1.5 hours weekend MTA ride well worth it, and I'm giving the practice 5-stars! I now regularly go. I've been telling my friends and coworkers to visit the studio for physical therapy!”

Highly recommended!! I had lots of health problems before I found Find us Physical Therapy P.C. Physical therapist (yoonhee) is very professional, informative and sweet. After almost 3 months, my health issues (neck arthritis, indigestion, headache, neck and shoulder pain, extreme fatigue etc..) are almost gone and I learned a lot from her. Especially I learned which muscles I have to use to prevent pains. Now, I don’t have pains and if I have a little pain, I practiced what she taught me, then pain is gone. She is an amazing physical therapist.
