“For about 30 years, I've only been averaging about 4 hours of sleep per night. My wife insisted that I try Dr. Yu Xu. I was skeptical but willing to give it a shot. After the first session my 4 hours of sleep turned into 5 to 6 hours of sleep. As treatment sessions continued, the quality and duration of my sleep improved. Today I am getting 7 hours of restful sleep nightly. I no longer have bags or dark circles under my eyes and feel energetic. Alex was super helpful and was able to address lots of built-up tension I had in the shoulders and upper back. I really appreciated the massage therapy before the acupuncture and felt great afterward. He is also super nice and easy to talk to. Great office and looking forward to future treatments.

I've never had so much time taken to massage muscle tension that has been plaguing me for years. Even before any needles were introduced, my body was thoroughly prepared. I walked away feeling a little heady, but within a couple of hours felt much better and my pain was gone. Looking forward to my next visit.

He was able to discover the source of my complaints quickly although the process never felt rushed. I really, really enjoyed my visit. This was my first time seeing an acupuncturist and having this treatment done, and the Doctor went in with a great explanation of how the process would work. We did an initial examination, and again, he explained everything as he went - super helpful. We then started the procedure with a deep muscle loosening and it was amazing - even now typing this, I feel my body responding positively to today’s appointment. We ended with the acupuncture, and I don’t know why I was so worried! This was amazing, and I’ve already booked again for next weekend.

From my first call to set up my appointment, to the time I left my consultation Dr. Alex exhibited nothing but warmth, professionalism, and thoughtfulness.
He truly listened to my issues and understands how all of our body systems work together.
Full disclosure, he doesn't play around with the deep tissue muscle activation. No pain, no gain.

Had my first consult/session with Dr. Alex Xu in October of this year and it was great. He has perfect bedside manner, very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I was heard and my needs were understood. He checked in to make sure the pressure was ok several times. It was my first time visiting an acupuncturist in general and it was such a pleasant experience. First appointment was great and very thorough. The doctor asked a lot of questions to get the bigger picture of any/all issues I'm having. Communicated lots of things he noticed and how we can address those areas. Then the therapeutic massage and acupuncture helped immensely! I’ve been seeing Dr.Alex for a little over 3 weeks now for my sciatica, and his massages along with acupuncture have helped me since my first visit. Dr. Xu was not only patient and attentive, but he took the time to thoroughly explain the underlying causes of my pain and the treatment options available. His approach felt personalized, and I really appreciated how he answered all of my questions.

Alex and Jenny are wonderful! I came here for the first time last week and was nervous because of my intense shoulder pain. Alex was so friendly and gave me a great consultation.
