From my first call to set up my appointment, to the time I left my consultation Dr. Alex exhibited nothing but warmth, professionalism, and thoughtfulness.
He truly listened to my issues and understands how all of our body systems work together.
Full disclosure, he doesn't play around with the deep tissue muscle activation. No pain, no gain.

Had my first consult/session with Dr. Alex Xu in October of this year and it was great. He has perfect bedside manner, very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like I was heard and my needs were understood. He checked in to make sure the pressure was ok several times. It was my first time visiting an acupuncturist in general and it was such a pleasant experience. First appointment was great and very thorough. The doctor asked a lot of questions to get the bigger picture of any/all issues I'm having. Communicated lots of things he noticed and how we can address those areas. Then the therapeutic massage and acupuncture helped immensely! And the pain lessened quickly during the therapeutic massage & acupuncture. Looking forward to my next appointment and getting even more relief from my neck pain.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Alex for a little over 3 weeks now for my sciatica, and his massages along with acupuncture have helped me since my first visit.
