Zachary Falls’ passion for physical therapy is rooted in his lifelong dedication to sports. As a former collegiate athlete, he experienced firsthand the physical and mental demands of high-level performance. After concluding his athletic career, he sought a way to remain connected to the world of sports while helping others achieve their goals - leading him to pursue a career in sports physical therapy. Zachary earned his undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Messiah University, graduating in 2025. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a credential that complements his clinical expertise with performance-focused training knowledge. During his education, Zachary gained clinical experience across multiple environments, including inpatient, outpatient, and inpatient rehabilitation. His final clinical rotation with True Sports Physical Therapy allowed him to work extensively with athletes of all levels, sharpening his skills in orthopedic care and sports performance rehabilitation. Zachary currently enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions and has developed a strong interest in concussion management and working with contact-sport athletes. His background as an athlete enhances his ability to relate to patients and design personalized, sport-specific rehabilitation plans that support both recovery and performance. In addition to his clinical work, Zachary is actively engaged in research. He co-authored an abstract published in the International Journal of Exercise Science and presented a poster at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM). He is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the NSCA, staying current with best practices in rehabilitation and performance science.
