About Dr. Zachary Fowler

Zach earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. He has also completed advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Zach has a strong background in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, including experience as the head physical therapist for Loyola University Chicago athletics. He has worked with a wide range of active individuals—from everyday patients to high-level athletes—helping them recover from injury and return to activity safely and confidently. His approach to care is individualized and collaborative, focusing on understanding each patient’s movement patterns, goals, and current limitations to build an effective treatment plan. Zach treats a variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, non-surgical musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain. Zach is a Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) medical provider, allowing him to work with golfers on injury recovery, performance improvement, and injury prevention. He is also certified in dry needling, blood flow restriction training, and return-to-sport testing. Originally from Wisconsin, Zach is excited to return to his home state after spending the past 15 years in Chicago. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys golfing, hunting, hiking with his dog Ranger, and spending time outdoors.
