“Certain aspects did not work well for me. The sessions are held in a conference room in an apartment building and the large room with empty chairs was an awkward setting. Besides the maintenance/work staff kept entering because they had their own keys to the room and apologized for the intrusion, but again, it just felt awkward and not very comfortingly private. My sessions started late (15-20 minutes) and ended earlier or exactly on time, which left me confused about how long the sessions are meant to be. And I did not like that she checks her cell phone/text messages; though done discretely, (behind the table) it made me feel (correctly or not) that she was distracted. I expected a bit more (expressed) focus and commitment, I guess. She is competent though and certainly has a nice disposition...just did not work for me.”
