“I’ve never had a bad experience at the office, but my appt was at 12 I sat in a chair for 2 hours and all they got to do was my mold impressions. She numbed me up and walked away, before I was seen again I had to leave due to an emergency on my end. But I never got to finish my appt. I don’t know maybe they were overbooked,”

Very rough on patients! Not gentle at all. Felt like he was going to break my jaw. He yanked so hard on my tooth during extraction I was left bruised all along the side of my face. Also didn’t communicate what he was doing before he did it, leaving me surprised and uncomfortable.
