My Office Visit went well, the Dr explained that he could fix my problem. I was told they would call and schedule my procedure I never heard back from them, I called them back after 1 week as they said they had to do a Scan. I called back and they said the Dentist would call me that Day, and it’s been 2 Days and still no response. They approved me with their Credit System and I Paid money down , The whole idea of Seeking medical assistance is to get your Problem Resolved, that’s not Good Customer Service . I would not encourage anyone to see this Provider. Zoc Doc you Bombed on this one. I should get my money Refunded. A Joke.

This was my first visit to this dental office. I was seen on time and all procedures, those of the day and for future appointments, were explained by Dr. Berry. He made adjustments to my dentures that I hadn’t worn because they were painful. The office staff informed me of their payment procedures which I took advantage of.

I made an appointment for tooth extraction, they changed the doctor. When I arrived the replacement doctor telling me, he doesn't have the time for the extraction, so why accept the appointment in the first place. Charging you for nothing.
A specialist told me before, it will be an extraction and stitching. Here, he talking about this bone filler that I don't need , Something to make the bill way higher.
