“10/10 would recommend Marx family dentist office. The whole experience from the scheduling to the cleaning and even filling a cavity, was professional. The staff, hygienist, assistant and dr were all communicative, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We have been looking for the right dentist for our family, for a while and we finally found it. It’s so hard to find a practice where you feel valued as a patient and not like they are trying to sell you on products or procedures you don’t necessarily need. I had questions about our insurance and they were immediately addressed and answered. My son had to have a cavity filled before leaving for college and they adjusted their day to get it done for us. It was so refreshing to be treated like a valued patient. ”

About Dr. Emily Marx
Dr. Emily Marx grew up in the northland where she graduated from Winnetonka High School. Dr. Emily Marx then attended The University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry, where she graduated in May of 2014.
She grew up around dentistry her entire life and was always drawn to the profession. She knew that she wanted to have a career that helped people have healthy and happy lives.
Dr. Emily Marx loves dentistry due to the ability to help make an immediate and positive difference in patient’s lives. She feels that dentistry is such a wonderful profession which allows her to give patients not only attractive smiles, but functional teeth that can ensure that they have the highest quality of life.
She also graduated as a Doctor in Dental Surgery and is continuing her training on complete orthodontic services. Like her father Dr. Robert Marx did, Dr. Emily Marx has an interest in continued education, so that she can excel in many facets of dentistry.

From the very beginning the Marx Dental team was courteous, thorough, and professional. We were looking for such a place near KC and we've found it! They explained each step of the process in detail, making sure we understood. We will definitely go back to this establishment!

I am always greeted with cheer when I visit Marx Dental. The staff is very pleasant when explaining procedures and payments to me. They are super friendly ro the kids that visit and provide tips and hints on oral care in between visits.

I used to avoid the dentist at all costs!! I started at Marx Family Dental a while ago and Dr. Marx made the dentist a less fearful experience. Things that used to be painful somehow he made not painful at all. Skip forward several years and now I see his daughter with the same experience. This is a great family practice that cares about your dental care and offers quality dentistry.

I don't know that I've ever left a dentist office thinking, that was a great experience, but I did today. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. I have never had a hygentist that explained everything that was being done and listened so attentively to my concern. Dr. Marx was equally as thorough in her explanations and offered options to consider. Looking forward to a long relationship with this office.

My wife had anxiety heading into the appointment.And when we left said that that
was a lot easier than she thought it was going to be. That pretty much sums it up
right there. They were very caring and kind explained in detail what they were going
to do and how they were going to do it. We really appreciated the caring attitude we
received. Thanks again, and we will be back in the near future. Highly recommend
