Dr. Lepine is the founder and CEO of 508-Dentist and AestheticA. He graduated from the University of Montreal with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, received an Advanced Dentistry degree at UMDNJ, and then became Chief Resident at Staten Island University Hospital. He held teaching positions at all three institutions. He received the prestigious honor of America's Top Dentist from Consumers' Research of America in September 2018; was awarded Best Cosmetic Dentist by the Cambridge Who's Who and the Presidential Who's Who; and was inducted as a Master of the International Dental Implant Association for his work and research in implant dentistry. Dr. Lepine has patients from 32 states and 14 countries. He is internationally trained and a graduate of both the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training. He was featured on the Rhode Show and is the exclusive dentist for NBC 10 HealthFit Connection. He has personally treated many local celebrities, including news anchors, Mrs. Rhode Island, models, radio hosts, and business leaders.

I couldn’t believe how beautiful the office was, & the staff at the front desk were super friendly as well as the dental assistant. However, the doctor I saw was rude. The dental assistant took x-rays and then the doctor told me I needed two root canals without even looking in mouth, and then after I asked for a quote and told him that I would have to think about it since my insurance didn’t cover all of the procedure, he tried to bully me into getting the procedure done right that second & said “you don’t have x amount of money”. When I told him I was gonna have to think about it and come back he was visibly irritated and ripped off his gloves and left the room. I left and got a second opinion, my teeth are now fixed without needing the two root canals that he said I needed. I was upset about how my experience went there because he had so many five star reviews but now I get it the office asks for five star reviews in return for entering a raffle to win an expensive prize.

My visit at 508 Dentistry in Swansea was Excellent! I have anxiety when going to the Dentist, but Karen my hygienist has "the best method for cleanings and is a true professional! " Dr. Lepine (unlike other dentists i've been too) does the work you need right in his practice, and is super efficient and tells u what exactly you need. My experience here has been great my son and daughter are going here now as well, and i would recommend 508 to anyone who wants to have a great experience by a truly professional staff!

I have very bad dental anxiety and Dr. Lepne has worked closely with me to ease it. Before I couldn’t even drive myself for a teeth cleaning I was so anxious and medicated, today I went in for a bone graft and drove myself. Dr. Lepine listens to me and treats me with nothing but respect and understanding. His office is very nice and the waiting area is relaxing. He also has excellent staff from the dental hygienists to the assistants helping with check in and out. Overall I’ve been going to Dr. Lepine for years and will continue to do so!

This dental practice was clean a contemporary. The Staff was courteous and professional. The check in and check out was easy and quick. You get a free toothbrush and toothpaste. I received a free t-shirt with choice of size.

I have been too many dentists in the past. Some that were supposed to be the best around. Believe me I have been seeing Dr. Lepine for years and he is the best! I will never go to anyone else. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism is top notch.
Everyone in that office is so friendly and the best at what they do.

Dr Lepine is the far most best Dentist I have ever been to. He set a plan for implants needed and did them all at once with no discomfort at all. His two location are very neat and clean and cutting edge technology. His staff is very pleasant and great to work with. I would recommend Dr. Lepine to anyone!

During a routine check up Dr. Lepine discovered my implant appeared loose. Dr. Lepine explained what needed to be done and he would do everything to save the implant. After a few visits and Dr. Lepine's worldwide search for the necessary pieces he was able to save the implant. In this day and age it's nice to see someone who is truly looking out for his patients. Thanks Dr. Lepine for the great work.

Very kind and thoughtful office. I love my hygienist Wendy! She is sweet and gentle. I worked in a dental office before coming to this office so it was hard for me to make a switch but unfortunately I moved, I say I’m very happy with this new office. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Lepine is the only doctor I have trusted with my dental needs. He is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. The office is very clean and modern and the staff is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this office, especially to those with dental anxieties like me.
