I was born and raised in Iran and have been fortunate to do my studies in America. Through my education I have volunteered and co-directed mobile clinics in California. In addition I have worked with different groups and have been able to do provide dental care to individuals in countries that are in areas with reduced access to health care.

I filled out the appointment form online, but when I went into the dentist office they wanted to me refill and the information again on an iPad. I started entering the information again and when it came to my insurance number (delta) I didn't have it with me because I had already sent that information. But they would not either look it up or didn't show any effort in obtaining it. So I cancelled and left.
