I earned my Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery from India and D.M.D from University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Comprehensive and preventive care, Direct and indirect restorations, fixed and removable prosthesis such as dentures, crown and bridges, simple and complex extractions. My approach to patient of any age involves compassion, empathy, respect, active listening and care about their needs. First time I went for my appointment, the dentist had an emergency and had left the office. No attempt was made to contact me to let me know and their system was down due to the wind. Rescheduled for the next day, but I was on a tight schedule. I got there early and waited and waited. Finally, after more than an hour of waiting, had to admit there wasn’t enough time left to do an exam before I had to leave. Rescheduled again for the following week, they told me 2pm was the best time as they were coming back from lunch and “never begind”. I got there a half hour early, their system was down again and they didn’t see me on the appointment list. She would have to check with someone else and I could take a seat, they would be right with me. I waited for 30 minutes watching all of the very uncomfortable seats in the lobby fill up with people that had appointments until it was standing room only. No one ever called me over. I left. Three appointments, never saw the doctor. TERRIBLE office.
