About Dr. Kristin Wilson
Dr. Kristin Wilson, originally from San Diego, CA, grew up in Decatur, GA, where she developed a passion for dentistry and patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Columbia College and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Wilson further advanced her expertise through a General Practice Residency at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she focused on treating medically complex patients and special needs adults. While she offers comprehensive care for all patients, she is particularly interested in working with special needs adults and enjoys performing surgical procedures and implant cases. In addition to her dental practice, Dr. Wilson serves as President-Elect on the Executive Committee for Columbia College’s Alumni Council. She is deeply committed to giving back to her community, volunteering with organizations such as Missions of Mercy, participating in outreach missions to Eastern Europe and South America, and contributing to the Special Olympics. Outside of work, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, exploring local restaurants, hiking, reading, writing children’s books, and traveling. Her dedication to her profession and community reflects her compassionate approach to life and dentistry.

Dr. Wilson’s staff was very friendly. Dr. Wilson, herself, was extremely professional, prompt, and thorough. I went in for a cleaning, I was told I had a cavity forming, so I asked for filling. She was able to squeeze me right in after lunch! That’s A-1!! That rarely happens. I also got a referral to orthodontics, and they booked that appointment for next week, while I was getting my filling. These folks are just too classy for me. This was my first visit, because Im temporarily staying at my mom’s, so I don’t live in the area… but, I definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dental home.
