Dr. Mai Eltantawy grew up in South Florida and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida International University. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Eltantawy chose a career in dentistry due to her fascination with the continually advancing field and her enjoyment of building positive relationships with her patients. She finds great satisfaction in creating healthy smiles by alleviating pain, enhancing aesthetics, and improving overall well-being through dental care. Outside of the office, Dr. Eltantawy enjoys the Florida weather, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.

They over booked my appointment, there were no seats left in the waiting area, went to get my teeth x-rayed for the machine to not do it correctly and redo it. Hygienist was behind schedule and wouldn't be able to see me at the time I had originally booked so they told me to come back at a later time or date. (Mind you I'm being very patient during all of this inconvenience by going with the flow) I come back and the hygienist that I had was beyond rough. Honestly the most painful cleaning Ive ever received in my 32 years of living. Teeth looked great but at what level of discomfort was that worth? To finish it off, the doctor came in to tell me that they needed to add a cap to my tooth and that was going to be WAY more even AFTER insurance! I asked if they could see how bad the cavity was FIRST before determining which one to do (I agreed to both but preferred the filling which I assumed was cheaper) but instead they proceeded to continually just tell me no. Felt money-grabbish. Sorry
