“Waited almost 40 minutes before I was seen after my scheduled appointment. X-rays took over an hour and a half with their new technician and an additional hour and a half for cleaning and to see the dentist. Was not informed that I had to pay for parking and was not given the QR code for discounted rate. Office was nice, dentist (not the one I scheduled my appointment with) was nice and informing, but not sure if this is a place where I would return. The front desk staff was less than friendly and provided no updates while I was waiting”
