Friendly staff for the most part, but seemed a bit unorganized. And there wasn't much room in the waiting area.
Overall, it was quite different experience from what I'm more familiar with, and there was a hurried atmosphere, as well as a sense of needing to "sell" services over and beyond my intent when I made the appointment.

Doctor was very unprofessional and not engaged in my visit. Wouldn’t even look up to speak to me just looked at his laptop. Very dry and unhelpful when i had questions about my concerns. However the receptionist was lovely and very kind.

I didn’t even get a standard cleaning because the dental hygienist tried to persuade me I needed a deep cleaning- which is not covered by my insurance and would cost hundreds of dollars. I did a quick search online about Sage Dental to find they have a reputation for profiting off of unnecessary deep cleanings. I asked for a normal cleaning and they refused to do it. Have never experienced a dental visit like this… cannot recommend
