Had several voicemails before showing up, they all said I could book at an earlier time but that wasn't good for me so I ignored them. Before arriving I filled out all the paperwork online and cinfirmed the appointment. When I arrived the front desk person was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She chastised me for not returning her call and said the dentist couldn't see me at my appointed time. I even apologized and told her that would have been useful information to include in her message, then she dismissed me with an "ok, whatever" type of remark. I would recommend no one visit this office. The front desk staff is a reflection of what the dentist thinks of you. Guaranteed this wasn't the first complaint about his staff.
