Appointment was at 10, I signed in at 930. At 1030 I asked when I would be seen, then get asked if I’ve signed in yet. They did not have time for a cleaning, so I will have to return. X-Ray machine needed rebooted so had to wait on that. While waiting, the last patients information was up on the screen infront of me to see. Office felt very corporate.

Everyone at the office was so welcoming! The receptionist was kind and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The dental assistant was friendly, efficient, and put me at ease right away. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and with genuine kindness. Overall, it was a wonderful visit. I felt well cared for from start to finish!
