“the reviews are BEYOND valid!! from the start to finish, the staff was very friendly, they explain EVERYTHING they’re doing from check-in all the way to when you’re leaving, & they CHECK ON YOU WHILE YOU WAIT - it genuinely shocked me that someone would peek in when you’re in the chair to make sure you’re doing okay & if you need anything!! they’re literally so sweet, & make you forget that you were ever scared to go, they know what it feels like to be in that chair so they make sure you’re comfy every step of the way :)”

About Dr. Sabitha Chacko
With a deep-rooted passion for providing exceptional care and assisting those in need, Dr. Sabitha Chacko successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery from Bangalore, India. Following a year of service as a dental faculty member in India, Dr. Chacko transitioned to Qatar, where she worked as an associate for a year before deciding to relocate to the United States.
In 2017, Dr. Chacko completed a Master's degree in Public Health from Georgia State University. Subsequently, she was accepted to the international dentist program at Tufts School of Dental Medicine, where she obtained her license in 2023. During her time in Tennessee, Dr. Chacko had the privilege of participating in the RAM program, which supports underserved populations. This experience deepened her understanding of addressing disparities in dental care and reinforced her commitment to serving as many individuals as possible.
Dr. Chacko speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients and offer personalized, comprehensive care.

I had an issue with my insurance that I got figured out once I left the office. The lady at the Front Desk was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I came in early as she asked me to, and she acted super annoyed that she had to make an extra phone call about my insurance. Things like this happen all the time. She seemed very upset that she had to do her job. I drove over 45 minutes. I will never go to that dentist again. From the moment I walked in the door she looked me up and down and treated me like I was a plague. Pretty sure it was to do with my skin color. ?
