“just as i thought I had no hope to find a good dentist that accepts medicaid here in Toledo... Dr. Sabrina swooped in with her superhero cape! every other dentist in this city that I have seen previously (around 4 or 5 due to severe dental anxiety) has made me feel rushed, judged, and hopeless. Dr Sabrina made sure I was reassured, comfortable and began treatment right away at my first appointment knowing that I was in pain. This is the first time I have ever fully trusted a dentist - her confidence and knowledge are undeniable. The staff were all extremely sweet and reassuring also. I am EXTREMELY grateful! ”

Despite the dental emergency I was in for, they were able to handle the situation and perform 2 root canals in an efficient and comforting manner. Steps were clear all along, and took time to explain next steps and options. Glad to say I’ll be transferring my family’s dental care to Dr. Owais’s office”

I left after 2 and a half hours. I made sure my insurance was accepted here. I had a severe toothache. Filling out the new patient form was nearly impossible due to the TV being so loud with a trashy talks how on with everyone yelling. The front desk girl came over and said your insurance is inactive. I had just looked at it the day before and it was active. I called insurance and they told her it was active and insurance sent a fax. Still not good enough. I loged on to my insurance page and showed her it was active. She suggested I reschedule. I said my tooth was killing me I would pay myself. I sat for another 1/2 hour being ignored and walked out (after an hour and 45 minutes). Never saw the dentist, she may have been great.

I went to get my tooth fixed and all's I had done was X-rays. Kind of frustrating then you sit there forever to be seen. The lady I chose a appointment with I didn't even see I was seen by a different provider.
