About Dr. Shirley Jones Lathon

Dr. Shirley Lathon is a certified general dentist. She believes that patients are important in their own right and therefore deserve quality dental care. Dr. Lathon enjoys every aspect of general dentistry especially the education of her patients. She is a graduate of Meharry Medical College of Nashville, Tennessee and has been in practice for over 20 yrs. Dr. Lathon Is a member the Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, National Dental Association, and the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Lathon is a native of Gadsden, South Carolina and has been married for over 30 years with two adult children. She enjoys making crafts, decorating, basketball (NBA), horses, poetry writing, vintage shopping, and helping others. She is a Christian and an Intercessor (in her church ministry) who believes in the power of prayer. Dr. Lathon and her entire family participate every year in various outreach programs lead by her church ministry.
