About Dr. Tommy Ngo

**Welcome! For your first visit, we’ll focus on a comprehensive dental exam to get a clear picture of your oral health. Cleanings are scheduled separately and we’ll be happy to set that up for you after your exam** Dr. Ngo’s interest in dentistry was sparked during a humanitarian trip abroad he took with his church when he was in high school. He quickly fell in love with the art of dentistry and later received his dental degree from the Oregon Health and Science University School of Dentistry. His favorite part of his profession is the satisfaction, privilege, and joy of positively transforming a patient’s life by helping them improve their oral health. Dr. Ngo’s patients and colleagues also like to note that he has a warm personality and a great sense of humor (their words, not his!). He likes to proudly claim to “specialize in the business of bringing out everyone’s best smiles.” All jokes aside, Dr. Ngo has extensive experience in restorative and aesthetic procedures such as crowns, implants, and veneers. You can always expect Dr. Ngo to listen to your needs and create a customized treatment plan to help you reach your dental goals. Passionate about volunteering, Dr. Ngo has provided free dental care to underserved communities in the surrounding Portland areas and abroad. He plans to continue using dentistry as an avenue to give back to all types of communities. Outside of the office, Dr. Ngo loves to spend time with his wife and together they like to travel and learn about different cultures, especially through food! When they aren’t out exploring the world, you may find them lounging around with their two rescued furry friends, Buddie, a pom-pug, and Nika, a tripawd Jindo-corgi. Dr. Ngo also enjoys collecting LEGOs and other toys, playing basketball, golfing, fishing, and camping.
