I had excellent dental providers, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did not like the fact that my credit card was used for projected services. However, in all fairness, I called to complain and they offered to remove the charge and place it again when the service is actually delivered. They responded very well to my complaint and for that I am very grateful.
