About Dr. Tyler Lee

Tyler Lee, OD is originally from Doniphan, MO. Dr. Lee completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Kearney where he obtained a degree in both Biology and Chemistry in 2013. He continued his education by earning a Doctorate in 2017 at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry. His externships rotations where at the Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut in Fairfield, CT, as well as the Kendall Eye Institute in Kendall, FL, where he received training in ocular disease. Right after optometry school, he received an offer to practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Lee worked there for a little over a year before moving back to be closer to family and friends. He continued to practice in Lincoln for an additional six months before transitioning to Eyecare Specialties. Dr. Lee knew from a young age that this was the career path he wanted to pursue. “There is no feeling like being able to help others with their visual concerns, as well as being able to build a long-term relationship with those very patients.” In his free time, Dr. Lee likes to travel, watch and play sports, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
