About Dr. Cecilia Billings
I was born in Texas but grew up in Tulsa, OK. In 2012, I graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, with a degree in Cellular Biology. I continued my education at Northeastern State University, earning my Doctor of Optometry degree. I chose optometry because I'm called to help people, and this field allows me to do just that. My hope is to give my patients the best tools to improve their vision and overall quality of life.

Not a great overall experience. Doctor didn’t seem to care to get to know me. Typical chain spot. Then they had a hard time explaining why my bill was higher than my husbands when we have the same insurance.

I called few times to discuss with the Dr but never called back and only sent message through the staff which then it was unclear so i wasnt able to get right dose prescription resulting many complications and more visits to Pharmacy. I would not go back or recommend to anyone.

We were in and out super quick. I actually had booked the wrong appointment type and the staff quickly shifted and adjusted to get my kiddo taken care of. The doctor was kind and listened to my kid’s concerns. Fitting of the contacts took a little while, and although I was annoyed with my kid, the technician was patient and kind and hands-on. Highly recommend!
