Dr. Qiaosha He (also known as Dr. Sylvia) holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM). Additionally, Dr. He received her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, the top university in China. She is a board-certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
With over 12 years of experience, Dr. He has trained under several prominent Chinese Medicine doctors in both China and the United States. She is the executive director of the World Federation of Modern Tongue Diagnosis and a member of the Anti-Aging Committee of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion.
Coming from a family of doctors practicing both Western and Chinese medicine, Dr. He was deeply influenced not only by their healing skills but also by their genuine personalities. Great location! Personable, helpful staff. The doctor takes before and after treatment photos so you can actually see the progress. I received acupuncture treatment to work with my nicotine patches and will return for follow up treatment.

This is the second time I have seen Sylvia and I will be coming back. Over the years, I have had a modest amount of experience with acupuncturists and she is truly the best I have seen. Very attentive to my interests and very informative about what she is going to do and why. She took plenty of time with me. And I could tell how she placed the needles and manipulated my skin before and during the session how skillful and experienced she is. Candidly, I think her fees are reasonable, all things considered. Friendly office staff too, who were expecting me and greeted me warmly.
