“FINDING THE ACTUAL OFFICE WAS NOT EASY. I went to Good Sam. I was told to go downhill to the kidney dialysis center!! NEXT DOOR TO THE DIALLYSIS CENTER WAS THE DERMATOLOGISTS OFFICE. I was handed an ipad to fill out information; was told to keep hitting NEXT till it stopped. I could not get it to work. Offered list of medications to receptionist and she said staff assisting the doctor would take the info from me; HOWEVER, THE IPAD ASKED FOR MEDS. IT WANTED LIST OF MEDS WITH DOSAGE ETC. Very confusing; right hand did not know what the left was doing! NOT a good initial experience. Doc and his staff "in the back" had it together and were helpful.”
