Following his military service, he earned a degree in exercise science. While researching graduate programs, Dr. Aaron discovered chiropractic care. Reflecting on how his chiro combined chiropractic techniques with physical therapy to help him, he saw the potential to do the same for his patients. Dr. Aaron’s natural ability to connect with people, put them at ease, and make their experience enjoyable solidified his decision to become a chiropractor. He defines wellness as feeling balanced mentally, physically, and emotionally each day. Dr. Aaron stays fit through golf, running, weightlifting, and regular chiropractic adjustments. Cooking helps him relax and relieve stress, while a strong support system of friends and family keeps him grounded. To keep his mind healthy, he engages in something interesting daily, such as expanding his medical knowledge, reading, trying new recipes or restaurants, or running in different neighborhoods.
