Dr. Adalie Schmidt is the heart behind 180 Wellness, dedicated to creating a space where patients can heal, thrive, and reach their fullest potential. As a passionate chiropractor and wellness advocate, she believes in a holistic approach to health—helping patients not only find relief from pain but also achieve optimal movement, function, and vitality.
Dr. Adalie Schmidt is passionate about helping people live healthier, more active lives through chiropractic care. As a former collegiate soccer player at Iowa State University, she understands firsthand the demands placed on the body and the importance of proper movement, recovery, and overall wellness. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science before continuing her education at North Dakota State University, where she served as the Director of Operations for the Women’s Soccer Team while earning her Master’s in Nutrition, Health, and Exercise Science.
Her journey then led her to Dallas, Texas, where she attended Parker University to pursue her Doctorate of Chiropractic. It was there that she combined her love for athletics, family care, and holistic healing into a career dedicated to helping others. Dr. Adalie takes a special interest in extremity adjustments, recognizing the need for specialized care in this area after witnessing numerous sports-related injuries throughout her time in collegiate athletics. She is committed to providing comprehensive chiropractic care that not only focuses on spinal health but also improves mobility, function, and overall well-being.
Dr. Adalie’s dedication to service extends beyond the clinic—she has participated in mission trips to Mexico and Haiti, offering chiropractic care to underserved communities. I recently went to see Dr. Adalie at 180 Wellness and had such a great experience! She really took the time to listen to what was going on and made me feel super comfortable the whole time.
My neck and back felt so much better after the adjustment. I also booked a massage afterward and WOW — it was phenomenal. It was the perfect combo with the chiropractic care and left me feeling amazing.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great care and a place that really listens to you!

I have been having low back pain for the past few months and just after a few appointments with Dr. Schmidt I am already feeling so much relief . Her and her team are very respectful and professional when it comes to their patients! I highly recommend making an appt with 180 Wellness!!
