"I am a psychologist with a decade of clinical experience working with individuals struggling with mental health challenges and medical conditions. I have worked at Veterans Hospitals, outpatient clinics and at an integrated primary care center. My doctoral dissertation was on Fibromyalgia and my postdoctoral fellowship focused on integrated treatment approaches for Veterans with chronic pain. I enjoy assisting individuals who are seeking to better understand themselves and who face the complex challenges of living in our modern world. I strive to offer those with whom I work a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of hope. To achieve these goals I utilize a flexible and multi-modal treatment approach grounded in psychology, behavioral medicine, existentialism and faith/spirituality. I view therapy as a safe space in which individuals are free to express themselves and articulate their life-story without fear of judgement. My personal interests include marital arts, coffee, history and spending time with my family.”
