Dr. Adam Podraza was born and raised in Croton Falls, NY. Before becoming a chiropractor, he worked as a structural steel worker with Local 40 Ironworkers in New York City. Everything changed on March 13th, 2007, when he was invited on a chiropractic mission trip that would forever alter the course of his life. In that moment, he discovered the deeper purpose he had been searching for—helping people reconnect with their highest potential. A graduate of Life University in 2015, Dr. Podraza served as both class president and student council president. It was also during his time at Life that he met his beautiful wife, Dr. Cruz—the beginning of both a powerful love story and a shared mission to serve others through chiropractic and healing. Since graduating, Dr. Podraza’s practice has evolved beyond traditional care. While chiropractic is rooted in addressing physical, chemical, and emotional stress, he’s been especially drawn to the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. Certified in Eliminate Your Limits coaching by Brian and Carrie, a Quantum Leap Technique practitioner, and Level II Reiki, Dr. Podraza brings a deeply intuitive and holistic approach to his work.
