About Dr. Addi Znamensky
As primary care physicians, we believe that healthcare centers on the doctor-patient relationship. We take the time to get to know our patients and understand their lives.
Please note: If you use Medicaid, you must change your Primary Care Physician before the appointment is booked.
Our aim is to provide the most current and evidence-based medicine, focusing on preventive care as well as diagnosing and managing chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. We understand the struggles of weight management and offer realistic weight loss and weight maintenance strategies to our patients.
We believe the primary care physician should be involved in every aspect of the patient’s health, always bearing in mind that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Patients should be able to go to one doctor for all their health needs, and when needed, referrals are made to qualified specialists.
In-office procedures include blood draws, urinalysis, pulmonary function testing, as well as screening for common diseases such as diabetes and thyroid disorders. Genetic testing for hereditary cancer syndromes is an integral part of patient health and primary prevention, and testing is available on site as well.
We welcome new patients and look forward to a long-lasting doctor-patient relationship. We also offer home visits for homebound patients.
Dr. Znamensky earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Maimonides Medical Center, where she received numerous accolades for outstanding medical knowledge and compassionate care.
