Patient reviews for Dr. Adeeb Alshahrour
Doctor said i could pick up my prescription right away, but the prescription was never sent.
Very pleasant and listened to my concerns asked questions waited for a reply
Awesome I wanted a copy of work today was unable to get that
I was happy he was able to see me right away when my previous appointment canceled on me
Very nice guy, explained everywhere well.
He was very professional
Very nice good doctor didn’t like the fact students were there during my visit I think I should have been asked if informed first I was expecting a normal Doctor visit he’s good doctor and quick .
He would not let me speak - would cut me off and disregard what I said for the most part. Didn't treat me for what I came for. Very disappointed.
The doctor didn’t really look professional, just had a zip up sweater that looks like it was supposed to be white and pants, when I first saw him I didn’t know he was the doctor. But he was very nice. The office was very small and the rooms were a bit crowded.
Dr. Alshahrour was very accommodating and has excellent bed side manner. The office staff is very nice and very competent, very compassionate.
It was ok.. He could have examined me a little better but over all he was Great
Satisfied with doctor visit.
The doctor knows his stuff. He identified my issue right away. He was able to fully treat my fibroids and recommended I google a certain surgery. But he was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. I would go to his office again.
He was very professional and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you
I was very surprised. At first I was skeptic about seeing him because of a comment that was posted about him being rude. But honestly I have no idea what they were talking about. He did his job. I left the happiest person alive and let me tell you why. I have seen over 3 ob gynecologists to find out my problem in the last two years. Within 15 minutes of being there he did an ultrasound and he discovered I had a cyst on my left Ovary. In my opinion I would recommend him to every one . I left with a relief and I can not stress it enough how happy I am. Thank you.
Rough with patients and not gentle or slow during speculum insertion. Did not vocalize what he was doing as he was doing it to put the patient at ease. Allowed too many people to be in the room during examination which made me feel like a lab rat. Entire exam was under 1 minute and I did not feel heard/thoroughly examined.
Staff was pleasant and the Doctor was pleasant and very informative
He was kind, attentive, and respectful. The appointment was quick and straight to the point.
Stuff is very professional and nice, the exam room is clean but the waiting room not so much
Very professional, informative, and professional. Great doctor
He was terrible, rude, googled what he should prescribe me and had his student work on me until she messed up and he had to take over.
Very attentive and answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. I'm usually very nervous meeting new doctors but he made me very comfortable.
The doctor was fine, but the office was not what I hoped for.
This was not a good visit. At all. There was no wait, but I felt rushed and uncomfortable from the start. The front desk didn't know how to process my insurance - maybe that's normal, but they ended up charging me really high rates and despite my questions, never even mentioned the possibility of a reimbursement. I was rushed through being weighed and what not. I walked right into a room with the dr and his student. I rushed to put my things down - and was not given any guidance or welcome. He proceeded to go through my forms quickly and impersonally. In the end it felt like an exam. I didn't feel very comfortable, I felt as if I had to defend myself throughout. When I asked questions I didn't get responses back that gave me any trust in him as a Dr. They seemed wishy washy and he was too up for me to decide what was best. He did not walk me through processes well. He seemed unorganized and I felt things were very haphazard. He shoved a form in my face and used scare tactics about ectopic pregnancy to have me sign a consent form to remove my old IUD. I asked questions and showed doubt in the process as I was unsure of what the timeline would be. Instead of telling me about it all he just used the ectopic pregnancy line again. Then he when he couldn't find my IUD right away he asked me accusatory questions. If I wasn't decently read about IUD's I would have been terrified. While he waited for his assistant to get him something to help him find it, he stood awkwardly sideways next to my spread legs and attempted one small talk question. Once he found it, he yanked it out with no warning. Then proceeded to talk to me about how my insurance didn't cover my new IUD which I would have to get the following week (which was 100% incorrect!, I learned after a call with my insurance). He never followed up about tests he had mentioned earlier or treatment for a yeast infection he also mentioned earlier. He seemed thrown off and uncomfortable during most of our interaction. I'm have been to dr.s in foreign countries when I don't speak the language and that operate in completely different ways, which is an unnerving and uncomfortable situation. I've never been made to feel this uncomfortable before. I can usually take a lot and am very forgiving of others, this left me feeling absolutely terrible. I cried the whole way home. This dr needs to work on his communication with patients and their office needs to create new processes for their insurance upfront payments - or at the very least, the way they communicate them to patients.
Dr. Alshahrour was very nice and answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable.
He's very helpful and answers all of your questions!
He is the best doctor I have ever been to
Super nice and straightforward
Well organized staff
Do not see this doctor if you are pregnant. He didnt even remember my name, hes exteremly rude and insenstive. Nasty attitude, he rushes you in and out. Never again
Considering it being my first time getting a pap smear, or anything done in that matter, he was so patient with me and my questions! He literally explained everything he was going to do before being done! He had 2 women in the room, who were so respectful, and of course being seen basically naked, and the women being so polite, and not making it awkward was amazing!
Didn't really show interest and lacked sensitivity to why i was there. I felt like when i discussed my concerns he was not really paying much attention as if disinterested. Also I was taken off guard when he came in with interns. I felt like he should've asked before using me as a "learning subject". That was pretty rude.
amazing job. Very gentle!!!! No wait time at all
Very well organized, professional and clean.
He was very nice, the Office and employees were nice and respectful
He made me feel super comfortable and answered all my questions! I highly recommend him!
Office was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They even let my son play in the waiting area while I went in for my appointment. Highly Recommend this Dr.
He was friendly efficient and took out time to explain all my questions. And I liked the fact that he did not waste time to attend to me.
No frills, but completely thorough and efficient. An invaluable asset to the community.
Dr. Alshahrour was a perfectly satisfactory OB-GYN. I went in for a check-up and comprehensive STD test, and it was a very standard visit. The office is clean, bright, and convenient. The only criticism I have is that I was informed that I'd receive a call if there was a positive test result, and although this was the case, I was not called.
The doctor was very nice, and listened well to my concerns. I was able to get an appointment with 24 hours and no wait time to be called back. Yes, I would recommend him.
