The check in procedure needs improvement. Office is located in room 218 - you go there and a guy barely looks up and then tells you to go to room 216 to check in. You go to 216 and are told to go to room 218 to wait. Arrived ahead of appointment for 10 o'clock and still waited 58 minutes after scheduled time before seeing the doctor. All I needed was a shot.

Dr Heller is my surgeon and did a great job of communicating and reassuring me from consultation to surgery to my follow up appointments. I appreciate his professionalism as it doesn’t feel so stiff. Personable and professional doctors that are good at what they do aren’t the easiest to find - but Dr. Heller is all of the above!

Though the doctor did a great job for the surgery, as usual, the office was overbooked with a long wait time to be seen (had to go to a further out office from the one closest to my home due to availability), a nurse that seemed frazzled, and only saw the surgeon for a moment. The nurse ended up removing the stitches and answering what few questions I had which I would have been happier discussing with the doctor.
Sadly, good surgeon, but the offices come off as factories to push patients through quickly.

Staff was very friendly. Doctor did not really explain to me the why as to why my pain was occurring which I did not realize till after but he did give me some good recommendations on how to fix it so I would return again if needed. Wait time was not too long either. They called me in as soon as I finished my paperwork and the doctors came in to grab me for x-rays immediately after getting into the room! Quickest doctor visit I’ve had in a long time.

He answers all questions I have, just a great doctor. I didn't get to see him on my last appointment as he was still in surgury at the hospital. I was advised of this and I opted to reschedule my appointment for the following week.
