About Dr. Alaina Roth

A Mentor native, Dr. Alaina grew up fascinated by the body and how it worked. After graduating from the University of Toledo with a degree in Athletic Training, she went on to complete a Master’s in Nutrition from Northeastern University in Boston. Dr. Alaina continued to expand her knowledge of health and wellness along with her passion and drive to help people feel their best while working as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. An avid lifter, Dr. Alaina was no stranger to pain. After a powerlifting injury, chiropractic care helped her return to the heavy weights she loves. It was this experience that made her decide to take that final step towards becoming a chiropractor. She made her way to Davenport Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Alaina hopes to blend her love of movement and chiropractic care to help others stay strong, mobile, and pain-free. In her own time, she loves to try new recipes, hike with her husband and dog, Cooper, and dive into a good book while snuggling with her cat, Penny. She has returned to her hometown excited to service the community.
