“I had a great experience with this doctor. They were attentive, patient, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. All the necessary tests were done right in the clinic, and I received most results the same day, with the rest available the next day since my appointment was later in the day. he is AWFUL. saw him three times because i unfortunately didn’t learn my lesson the first two. went with concerns about my copper iud and he was so passive aggressive and snobby, as if i was ridiculous for worrying about a risky procedure. he asked why i got the paragard in the first place and was pressuring me to get on hormonal birth control, to which i said the whole point of getting the paragard was to avoid hormones. similar to my previous visits, he didn’t ask for any context or medical history. didn’t even offer me any solutions to my pain, just asked if i wanted it removed. i can’t believe someone so apathetic and dismissive and unhelpful is working in women’s healthcare

While the office was clean and the check-in process was quick and efficient, I felt pressured by Dr. Ayoub to undergo additional tests and procedures that were not necessary for a routine annual gynecological exam (which is fully covered by insurance). Despite repeatedly declining, he continued to push for extra services, making the experience uncomfortable.

Well my first visit went ok, they did a ultra sound, then told me to wait to speak to the doctor, the doctor then told me the fetus heart beat is very low and he’s gonna repeat the ultra sound in one week, went back in one week and was told there was no heart beat, the doctor was so incentive when discussing his findings and just told me it’s a miscarriage and gave me four pills to pass out the fetus, I have had miscarriages before but they repeated the ultra sound for a few weeks before making such decisions, he went on to tell me about my age and the eggs are not great at this age, moving forward he told me if I’m not comfortable with taking the pills I could do a DNC just call the office and let them know, it’s now two weeks I have been calling the operators taking messages and still no call back from the doctor, so I guess to hell with you go take the pills. Now I have to start all over again to go and see another doctor. My worst experience ever

The office was lovely and all the staff were attentive and helpful. Dr Ayoub was attentive and helpful, gave good advice, and gave clear instructions of what to expect. Normally I don't love male GYNs but it really felt like he listened to me and respected me which I appreciated.

The doctor was incredibly rude and had a rushed an aggressive manner. I have had many Pap smears in the past and this one was the roughest one. He refused to listen to my concerns and rushed the whole process. Then refused to explain a potential diagnosis, which I believe is a doctors job. He also tried shaming me into birth control. I wouldn’t recommend this man, gynecological visits are very invasive, and being treated poorly can leave you feeling very unwell.

Such a terrible experience!!!! FAKE REVIEWS! After discussing gender results from the NIPT and calling the office for results, after 3 weeks I was informed the doctor selected not to test even though we had discussed otherwise. Took 4 days in a row to even speak with someone on the phone in regard to test results. Due date was wrong every visit. Bedside manner was depressing and short. Front office staff were constantly rude and would complain about the office and working late. Such an awful experience for a FTM. Changed and so much happier. Only information I was given was about miscarriages.

I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely and organized this practice is. The check-in was smooth with minimal wait time for my appointment. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Within one hour I had been examined by the doctor, had urine and blood work, and had both a vaginal and a pelvic sonogram. Very thorough and no need for multiple appointments.

I found the front desk woman incredibly rude and demeaning. I unfortunately was there for a miscarriage follow up, obviously a very sensitive and emotional reason and was met with hostility and blatant rudeness regarding a very minor insurance issue that was resolved within ten minutes. While my doctor was great the front desk woman was truly horrendous. When working in a people facing role a little empathy and kindness is a much needed skill. Especially in women’s reproductive healthcare.
