Welcome! I’m Dr. Aleah Horton, a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build fulfilling, meaningful lives. I have 8 years of experience working with adults who have been impacted by the criminal justice system, individuals facing major life transitions, and those seeking to improve their emotional well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused—I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of your journey. Major transitions can feel overwhelming, filled with uncertainty, self-doubt, or roadblocks that make it difficult to move forward. My goal is to help you break through those barriers by fostering resilience, self-awareness, and confidence. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply trying to redefine your future, we’ll work together to create a plan tailored to your unique needs and strengths. My mission is to help you regain control of your life, build healthy relationships, and develop the tools to thrive. Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful act of self-care. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
