Probably would not go back. The staff was not friendly and there was no need to get there 15 minutes early. Also, for blood drawing, they fished around for my vein. It was quite painful.

Brilliant, kind, understanding, and oh yeah, like I said, brilliant. I come from a family of medical practitioners(also, amateur pharmacists) and I never have I met a provider as profoundly intelligent yet genuine and approachable as Dr. Paul.. She immediately gave me an accurate diagnosis with a pathway forward. The office staff, nurses, and PA’s were also kind, considerate, and frankly amazing.. I can’t imagine there’s a better doctor in Westchester, or anywhere.

Dr Paul was amazing. As someone who has been to many doctors and had anxiety seeing doctors - she was phenomenal. She listened to all my issues regarding my health and we came up with a plan together. She was non judgmental and very conversational. Offering clear and direct advice.

Dr.Paul is an excellent doctor. She is patient and listens to all your concerns. Most doctors will dismiss concerns but Dr. Paul takes the time to discuss different options. Her follow up is also excellent .

From the moment I walked into her office, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. Dr. Aleena took the time to understand my concerns thoroughly, asking insightful questions that showed her depth of knowledge and compassion.

The MD did not order all the medications I needed. I communicated via the portal and no reply. I called the office to prompt the MD to complete the medication order to the pharmacy and this has not been done and it has been 3 days. Also I requested a copy of my annual physical for I need this for employment purposes as I am an actively employed RN and it too has not been posted on the portal for me to access.
