About Dr. Alex Eckert
A skilled chiropractor, I completed my bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University at Buffalo. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport with Summa Cum Laude honors and am a board-certified practitioner who started my journey as a personal trainer at the age of 18.
I currently practice at the Performance Health Clinics in Rochester, NY. Patients visit me for multiple concerns, including round ligament pain, sciatica, vertigo, and car accident injuries.
I also teach anatomy and physiology at Felician University. I eagerly stay updated on the most recent neuromusculoskeletal research and believe in providing exceptional care to all my patients. I actively engage in educating patients about their health and incorporating some basic exercises into their daily lives to ease their pain.

My visit with Dr Eckert was great. He listened to me explaining my issues and was very thorough with his analysis.
One thing I really liked was that he wasn’t trying to crack everything he could, but worked on stretching and long term fixes.

I’m was chronic headache sufferer. After finding Dr. Eckert a few years ago, I went from having 3 a week to 1 every few months! He is very good at what he does. Attention to detail is second to none, and his communication is excellent. Every time I left the office I felt as if my concerns were addressed. If I have other problems that come up, he will be my first call.

Because of Dr. Eckert I would not be where I am today. Not only did he help me with my shoulder mobility. He managed to help restore my condition before my accident and also improve greatly upon it. Not only is he a very intelligent doctor he is also a great human being and will not hesitate to answer any of the questions you present him with no matter how dumb you think they are. He is full of wisdom I highly recommend.

Really professional! He learned about me and what was sore and got right to the issue I was having. Little painful at first but I feel great afterwards. Would highly recommend!
