Dr. Mageno hails from Utah and completed his medical education at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio. He pursued advanced training in general psychiatry and child psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside, and Stanford University. As a holistic and root-cause oriented psychiatrist, he is adept at working with individuals across all ages and stages of life.
Dr. Mageno specializes in diagnosing and treating mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, various anxiety disorders and OCD, trauma-related disorders, behavioral issues, and ADHD.
