He attended Flordia State University and earned his doctorate at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Great Dr. so far. I went in for foot pain, several areas bothering me on one foot. While I am definitely still in pain, sadly, this Dr. took time with me and is exploring some new treatments compared to past podiatrists. I look forward to continuing treatment with him. I appreciate the evening hours for the first appointment.

I was very impressed with Dr Perez. He took care of my issue; answered any questions I had and was just so nice. I was also in and out in less than half a hour. I will definitely keep him as my podiatrist.

Dr Perez has such a warm friendly manner, I was immediately at ease.
He discussed my issues, one by one, took time to explain all options and then laid out a plan for my treatment.
Procedures went quickly and I felt in good hands.I was given another appointment, discharge instructions and an appointment to return.
I was very pleased to have found such a friendly but very professional Dr who I can place complete confidence in.
I highly recommend Dr Perez.
