Every visit with Dr. Ruth has provided me some sort of pain relief. He is professional, and has a calm and friendly demeanor . He checks in during his adjustments and explains things if I’m curious. These sessions have continued to provide me with my needed relief in my in my neck, spine, hips, and back. His sessions have helped with my headaches. And I've noticed an improvement in my balance and posture!

Dr. Alex is absolutely incredible! Ive been adjusted by SEVERAL amazing chiropractors over the years and to this day Dr. Alex is my favorite! He is so kind and genuine and will truly listen to whats going on with you and tailor his approach to care specifically to you every single visit! He is NOT the rackem crackem see you later type of doctor. You wont feel like youre being rushed out the door or just a number.
His adjusting is very smooth and feels wonderful! Dr. Alex actually teaches the adjusting style that he uses to other chiropractors as well as chiropractic students! It makes me feel like im in the best of hands knowing that my doctor teaches other doctors!

I have been to other chiropractors before where the adjustments have been forceful and very uncomfortable for me but Dr. Alex is the complete opposite of that! My adjustment was so smooth and he made sure that i was very comfortable. HIGHLY recommend going to see him and getting your nervous system in check!

I very much look forward to regular treatment from Dr. Alex. He does a superb job on my head providing me immediate relief from sinus and tension headaches. Adjustments he makes to my back, neck. and shoulders enable me to stand an inch or two taller again, And after his treatment, my ankles are better able to support me when walking.

Dr. Alex has been my chiropractor for several years and I am very happy with the kind of care he provides. He is gentle, listens to my concerns and has uncanny ability to find just the right spot that's giving me trouble. He eliminated some of my long standing aches and pains and has kept me in excellent shape with regular checkups. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Alex made a huge difference for me in my pregnancy and while I was in labor. My doula had recommended chiropractic care to help with fetal positioning and for preventing preeclampsia, and Dr. Alex even came to the hospital to adjust me while I was in labor. In my last week of pregnancy, I was starting to show symptoms of preeclampsia, but after working with Dr. Alex, my blood pressure and lab results were back within normal range. I had also been experiencing a lot of hip pain in my third trimester, and his adjustments relieved the discomfort and allowed me to walk more evenly. What was most remarkable was that the birth of my daughter took a total of 8 hours start to finish, and I believe that Dr. Alex's work is what helped her to be well-positioned and for everything to progress smoothly and easily. I highly recommend his practice for pregnancy care!

I love seeing Dr. Alex! The office is inviting and cozy, he is very attentive and professional, and you can tell he really loves what he does. Since I started seeing him, I feel better than ever.

Dr.Alex is very warm and professional. I have been a patient of his for many years. I never feel rushed and know he genuinely cares about me. His adjustments have helped me relieve neck pain, headaches, lower back pain and heal a wrist injury. I would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Alex is extremely body -knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do regarding my chiropractic treatment, and he was able to coach me in terms of daily exercises that would be beneficial. He is especially adept at working with extremities: arms, legs, hands & feet. I have full faith in his healing ability. His care helps to support a healthy life. I encourage anyone who is a pain or who simply wants to feel their very best to see Dr. Alex.
