EXCELLENT experience! I’ve been to MANY different OBGNs, looking for the one and I definitely feel that I’ve found my doctor! Everyone and everything about my appointment was more than seamless and amazing. Dr. Shifrin and all the staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I felt listened to and heard about my concerns by everyone I interacted with during my visit. I find it’s very rare in OBGN visits to feel good and leave with a smile, and look forward to follow-up appointments. I recommend his practice to everyone who’s looking for an OBGN for life! I wish he could be my doctor for everything and I am definitely going back! (And thank you Dr. Shifrin and everyone else at the office!)

I am extremely impressed by how my visit went and highly recommend Dr. Shifrin! He is so compassionate, extremely knowledgable, patient, gentle, and a genuinely kind doctor. He spent over an hour with me which is so unusual- usually I feel rushed and dismissed at the doctors office where they only see you for 15 min. Also, this is the first time I had the actual doctor do the ultrasound instead of a technician and he explained everything to me on a big screen as he was doing it. After over a decade and more than 8 different doctors and pelvic pain specialists, this is the first time that I had a doctor listen to my concerns and come up with clear recommendations rather than telling me to take advil and ignoring the root cause of the issue. I am so happy I finally found a truly incredible and quality obgyn that I trust and had such a great experience with. Office itself is nice and clean, no wait time, super nice ladies at the front, easy to communicate and immediately respond by phone

Dr. Alexander Shifrin saved my life! I'm very grateful to Dr Shifrin. I was a patient of other OBGYNs both in Manhattan and in Brooklyn but my health concern was never resolved. I tried many different doctors for years as my health condition was getting worse. I was lucky to schedule my appointment with Dr. Shifrin! His treatment and professional advice resolved my health issue and I am feeling great! Health is the greatest wealth. Nothing negative about the doctor. Office stuff cannot clearly articulate that the insurance provided is not acceptable. They called us, but mentioned nothing about insurance type that was not acceptable. However tried to argue that the did. Waste of time.
