About Dr. Alexandra Grammenos
Born and raised in Indialantic, Florida, Dr. Alexandra Grammenos is honored to provide expert dermatologic care to the community that shaped her. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Grammenos completed her general medicine internship at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, followed by a dermatology residency through Kansas City University and the Dermatology Residency of Orlando. Dr. Grammenos is board-certified and passionate about treating the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions—from acne, psoriasis, and eczema to skin cancer detection and surgical treatment. Her clinical interests include dysplastic moles, melanoma, alopecia, and skin conditions affecting all ages. She is also an active contributor to dermatologic research, with peer-reviewed publications on alopecia areata and innovative skin cancer surgery techniques. With training and experience in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Grammenos provides personalized, non-surgical rejuvenation using customized skin care regimens, as well as neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers Juvederm and Restylane to enhance natural facial harmony and address fine lines. She works alongside For Your Best Self’s aestheticians, aesthetic practitioners, and plastic surgeon. In addition to patient care, Dr. Grammenos serves on faculty at the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she contributes to the education of future physicians. She brings this spirit of teaching to her patient interactions, offering clear, compassionate guidance and tailored treatment plans. Warm, approachable, and detail-oriented, Dr. Grammenos draws inspiration from her roles as a mother and community member. She enjoys weekends on the water with her husband and two daughters, cooking with her extended family, and bringing her whole-hearted presence into every appointment.
