I haven’t been to an eye doctor in years and figured it was time to go. I’m not the one that always runs to doctors so I’m always a little anxious before a visit. It was a very nice office. Staff was friendly and so was the doctor. It was a quick visit but she got everything I needed accomplished and answered any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend her to other.

Had an appointment scheduled for 3:15, waited almost 45 minutes with nobody coming in or out of the doctors office the entire time. Finally went up to the receptionist and asked how much longer it was going to be. She called me in a few minutes after to the exam room - with another patient already there! I said I didn’t want to take the other patients appointment time, and the receptionist said “oh no, she’s a walk-in”. The doctor didn’t appear very confident or happy to see me. I told them I would find another clinic, as this one appeared very disorganized. The way the office handled (or didn’t handle) juggling walk in appointments with scheduled appointments did not inspire any confidence in me that my exam would be handled well or I’d receive a correct prescription.

My visit with Dr. Kapoian was nothing short of magnificent. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. There was zero wait time--which is a huge plus for me--and Dr. Kapoian was warm and welcoming. While she tested my eyes, I felt as though she really cared about my health and well-being. Most importantly, it was a fun and fast visit. I usually don't write reviews on anything, but I felt compelled to after my experience with Dr. Alexis Kapoian.

I was given a very thorough exam, including a sonogram of my eyeballs, and tests for peripheral vision. The office was very bright and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of added tests at the beginning so expect to spend at least 30 minutes in there. They have other optometrists sometimes so you may not be seen by this person in particular.
