About Dr. Alice-Wei You

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a providers office. Dr. Alice-Wei was extremely dismissive and rushing thru the entire process, she literally spent 3 minutes in the room with me and disregarded everything I said. I felt disregarded and dismissed and got emotional and she proceeded to say “I’m just sensitive”. She did not check on me nor did she seem to care about my issues. She also got disrespectful with some of her remarks saying “I told you (health information) and I dont know who you think is the doctor, you or me ?” She also interrupted me a few times while I was trying to explain things to her. I came to the conclusion (with the facts presented) that she could be racist. I will NEVER come back here again and I hope I NEVER have to see Dr. Alice-Wei ever again.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for my annual physical with Dr. Alice Wei You, and she spent most of the time talking about her personal life and even gave me a lecture on the importance of saving money — all because I mentioned I went to school in New York. This was completely irrelevant and unprofessional.
The physical itself was almost nonexistent, with no thorough examination or advice on preventative care. After doing blood and urine tests, it took over two weeks to get my results, and I had to call them multiple times to follow up on it. They even make you scan a code to leave a 5 star review which makes me question the validity of their ratings. I would not recommend this office to anyone if you want attentive and professional care.
