The most not negative was the initial contact with the reception staff. She did not ask for the reason for my visit but just assumed what it was. She then sent me astray to check on my insurance … an unnecessary wait.
Everyone else I came in contact with was fantastic!

Dr. Havens was great! She was friendly and really listened to my concerns. She was very professional and explained everything very clearly. The staff were fantastic. They were friendly and greeting. On the day I was there they were a little short staffed because of some outages, but they worked together very professionally to make sure I was in an out as quickly as possible. The office is pretty and very clean. The environment was very comfortable.

This was my first visit, though it was far drive I was very pleased with the Doctor, she was friendly, professional, showed interest in my vision issues and I felt she performed all the necessary tests and more. Due to the drive I was not sure I would return but I definitely will next year.
