First time walking out of an office in my 30+ years. Front desk lady is so tasked out she’s unable to even verify why you’re there. I was sat in the chair for the wrong exam and then was told it was gonna be an extra charge. I had uploaded all of the info through the app, so I thought i was good from my end. I knew it was going to be bad, the minute I saw myself filling up the wrong form when I got in.
