I was very disappointed with my experience. The office was overcrowded and appeared understaffed, with conversations between staff and patients easily overheard, raising privacy concerns.
During the initial testing, I had to ask that the equipment be wiped down. I was told it had been cleaned before I entered the room, which I found inappropriate.
Most concerning was the eye exam, which felt rushed and superficial. The doctor changed the lenses only once or twice before determining my prescription. When I asked how it compared with my current glasses, she then asked for them to check the prescription and determined my current prescription was stronger. I was not given a thorough explanation for the difference.
I left with no confidence in the exam or prescription and chose not to have my glasses made. Unfortunately, my annual covered eye exam was used on an examination I now feel I need to have repeated elsewhere.

My experience today was wonderful. I love the staff and the way the doctor take took care of me and treated my eyes with care especially when she put in the plugs. I told her gentle hands and I thank you very much so thank you and I will be back.

First time walking out of an office in my 30+ years. Front desk lady is so tasked out she’s unable to even verify why you’re there. I was sat in the chair for the wrong exam and then was told it was gonna be an extra charge. I had uploaded all of the info through the app, so I thought i was good from my end. I knew it was going to be bad, the minute I saw myself filling up the wrong form when I got in.

The doctor was great but I had ann11am appointment and I wasn't seen until 12pm. Sometimes people take off work to come to the doctor and the times should be honored or at least call to say that they are running late.
