Just breezy, non alarmist, quick appointment. Very sweet PA. Quickly set up my referrals and answered all my questions. Changing my primary care physician to Dr. Ata!

Experience was smooth. I felt like I could have gotten more and clearer information from the provider. I wasn’t sure when the appointment was over or what my next steps were at the end of it. She was nice and nonjudgmental, though!

Awful experience. Super long wait (before the appointment and in between different steps of the appointment… was in the office for 1.5 hours). They said they were busy but I could see not a ton of patients. Made mistakes in taking my vitals and “fought back” when I pointed it out. Left me a ton of bruised when drawing my blood - the person could not find a vein to save her life, took forever… blood literally dripped slowly into the tube and I’ve never had issues with drawing blood before. Unpleasant staff - in a bad mood and generally bothered by my questions.
And on top of all, was contacted right after to come back because the tubes they used to collect my blood were expired, so now I have to experience all of that again due to their negligence. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had a really positive experience at Carbon Health with Dr. Alishba! The staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean and quiet and everyone treated me with warmth. Sometimes the doctors office can feel like a sterile and uncomfortable place but the staff and doctors here made me feel cared for.

The physician did not perform a physical or well woman exam which was included in the appointment. Rather, she just wrote me a referral to an OBGYN. When I followed up on this she just recommended I ask my insurance for references.

Welcome staff was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and playing good tunes at an appropriate level.
Medical Assistant, Edgar, was equally friendly and efficient. Single poke blood draw and good communication throughout.
Dr. Ata was a good listener, provided good advice, and was thorough in addressing any of my concerns.

This was the best primary care expedience I’ve had in years. The staff were all attentive and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable as well as warm. She took the time to talk through all of my concerns. The tech who drew my blood was incredibly comforting and skilled, especially after I told him how nervous I was because of prior painful experiences. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is my insurance just dropped them so now I have to find a new place to go.

Dr Ata was wonderful. She listened thoroughly to all of my concerns and provided a lot of context about what was wrong / how to fix. Appreciated that she also welcomed follow up questions should anything still feel off in the coming days. There was no wait, her team was prompt and kind, and the visit was an ease.
